Fundace CLM

LOGO REDESIGN + BASIC VISUAL IDENTITY

The NGO "Fundace CLM" helps people with brain damage who can’t legally make bureaucratic and legal decisions.

They needed to redesign their logo and create a basic visual identity, keeping as much from the original as possible to retain awareness.

I redesigned their logo to be easier to use, more contemporary and with a visual identity that they could use without a graphic designer.

Logo redesign

Problems and needs:

With the previous logo, they had some issues with the identification of the elements on the icon, as well as the alignment of the text and the whitespace around it.

They wanted to keep the brain + heart icon but redesign it to be more understandable to the public.

Previous Logo

Solution:

  • Keep the orange color to preserve the image associated with the foundation.

  • Redesign of the isotype to ease its interpretation, especially that of the brain.

  • Creation of several variants for increased flexibility in different situations.

Visual Identity Manual

Created with clear guidelines and tips, to make it as easy as possible for any member of the team to understand how to use the brand.

With this manual, focused on keeping it practical and simple, they can create beautiful designs for the NGO without specific graphic design knowledge.
